Prefling

Prefling does one job: It lets you open system preference panes. Fast.

Sitting in your Dock, it shows you a menu with all the preference panes installed and active. It’s the ideal replacement for the System Preferences item that’s in your Dock by default.

Please note that Prefling doesn’t run on modern macOS versions and is no longer being supported. See this blog post for details.
